He covers the Consumer and Industrial sectors in India and has 10+ years of experience in providing Audit, Taxation, Management Consulting and Other services.
Before founding Dhruv Gupta & Co., he worked in Transaction Advisory for a Management Consultancy firm where he successfully closed several major transactions across Advisory.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has graduated from Delhi University. He is fluent in English and Hindi.

Radhika Gupta
Director
Radhika leads the firm’s legal vertical, providing integrated legal support across direct tax, indirect tax, regulatory, fund-raising and commercial matters. Her role strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver structured, legally sound solutions alongside financial and advisory mandates.
She has experience appearing before various High Courts, District Courts and Arbitral Tribunals, and has handled matters involving writ proceedings, commercial disputes, arbitration and contractual documentation. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing agreements, settlement documentation and regulatory representations.
Radhika holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and brings courtroom exposure combined with a commercially aligned advisory approach. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
